Senior Ladies: Having won the Generali Pan Europe Meath Ladies Senior Football Championship Final earlier this month the Senior Ladies will get their Leinster Championship campaign underway on Saturday when they welcome Leixlip to Fr. Tully Park. The game is down to throw in at 14:00 and updates will be provided throughout on the clubs twitter account.

Home advantage is massive on Saturday for the ladies and we would encourage all supporters of the club to come down to Fr. Tully Park on Saturday with your flags and really get behind Mary Sheridan and co.

Club Gear: Orders can be placed in the clubhouse on Saturday from 10:30 – 11:30 for items of Seneschalstown merchandise. If you want to order the ‘Festive Pack’ and wish to receive it in time for December orders must be placed by October 12th.

Junior B: The Junior B team lost out to Wolfe Tones by one point in the Seamus Connolly Catering JBFC Final on Friday night in Páirc Tailteann. Boosted by the scoring of a goal in the twenty fifth minute they went in at half time leading by one point, 1-05 to 0-07 after Wolfe Tones responded to the concession of the goal to score three of the last four points before the interval.

In a nip and tuck second half Seneschalstown led by one point with five minutes remaining but a superlative goal from Connor Sheppard saw Wolfe Tones edge two ahead. Stephen Finnegen reduced the deficit to a point entering stoppage time but try as they did David Hosies men were unable to level matters.

The team have performed excellently this year with a mixture of youth and experience spread throughout the team. With members of the U-21 winning team from 2012 added to members of this years minor side performing consistently well on the side throughout the championship campaign these players will be looking to force their way onto the senior team over the next year or two.

Minor: In the next round of their championship the Minor team will play away to St. Vincents/Curraha in Ardcath on Friday October 3rd at 20:00.

U-13: The U-13 team bounced back to winning ways on Sunday evening when accounting for Skryne in a very exciting match by 3-17 to 1-15 in Fr. Tully Park.

Boosted since Rounds 1 & 2 by the return of some key players the team racked up a very high score with ten players getting on the scoresheet.

Next up for the U-13’s is a trip to Athboy on Sunday morning to take on Clann na Gael who sit one place above them in second place at the moment.

U-11: Our U-11 team have a challenge match away to St. Colmcilles on Wednesday in Piltown at 19:00.

Seneschalstown Nursery: The U-10’s are training in Kentstown on Thursday at 18:15 while the U-6, U-8 and U-10 teams will all have coaching in Fr. Tully Park this Saturday at 11:00.

Girls U-15: Game in Fr. Tully Park on Saturday at 17:30 v Boardsmill.

Girls U-13: Match this weekend away to Oldcastle. Details of the match are yet to be confirmed. As and when they are the details will be posted on Facebook and Twitter.

Girls U-13 coaching continues on Wednesdays from 18.30 to 19.30.

Girls U-11: Girls U-11 training continues on Monday nights from 18:30 to 19:30.
